Vancouver Centre II

Standing 33 storeys tall and located adjacent to the Scotia tower, the new Vancouver Centre II tower will feature nearly 30,000 m2 of office space, in addition to ground floor retails, four levels of above grade parking, and six levels of underground parking. It will be LEED Platinum and WELL Certified when it opens its doors in 2021. AES is providing the exterior and interior lighting design for this project.
