AES was involved in the procurement and installation of a new fixed MRI, including the demolition/construction/renovation of the existing OPD (Outpatient Department) area adjacent to the current Medical Imaging Department. This project also included the fitting out of a procedure room, control room, exam room, supervisor room, radiologists reading room, waiting room, change room, nursing station, stretcher transfer area, post biopsy recovery area, washrooms and storage room.

AES design services included; main electrical, CATV and telephone services; power distribution system; ire alarm system; emergency lighting; exit signage; lighting and lighting controls; CATV cabling system; communications systems power and conduit only; Public Address System modifications; Nurse Call System modifications; security systems power and conduit only; audio visual systems power and conduit only; LEED documentation as required; connections to mechanical equipment
