As a Principal at AES Engineering, I bring over 25 years of experience across commercial, light industrial, recreation, healthcare, assisted living, residential, hospitality, community spaces, institutional and transportation projects. My diverse experience has given me the tools needed to manage and maintain my reputation for high-quality design and attention to details.
I approach a small renovation project with the same enthusiasm as a high-end, high-rise, mixed use building downtown. I enjoy working with my clients to identify their needs and budget and collaborating with my design team to achieve an optimum sustainable design.
My commitment begins in the conceptual design stage, from maintaining client liaison through the development of construction documents, to supervising the construction administration phase of the project. I ensure the design meets the applicable codes and standards of relevant authorities and that the project is completed to contract documents and specifications to meet client expectations.
