As a Principal with AES Engineering, I approach each day as an opportunity to carry out the firm's purpose: Designing a Better Tomorrow for people to grow and contribute their best. It is an honour to work alongside the many talented professionals at AES and through their passion for electrical engineering, lighting, and technology, positively impact our communities with life enhancing buildings and infrastructure.
I work closely with the President and leadership team across our four offices in BC and Alberta to achieve our goals for sustainable growth and retention of staff and clients. I particularly enjoy creating a culture of engagement and collaboration through a focus on talent development, communications and operational effectiveness.
