Delia School

AES is currently providing electrical engineering services for the design and construction of a new K-12 school to replace the existing one, in Delia, AB. The new school is expected to gross 2,898 m2, including permanent core construction and two modular units for future installation. It will accommodate 150 students and will include build-out potential to accommodate 200 students in the future. The project is pursuing LEED Silver designation and will incorporate solar technology.

Electrical scope of work includes main electrical, CATV and telephone services, power distribution system, lighting and lighting controls, emergency lighting and exit signage, fire alarm system, power and conduit for security, communications and AV systems, and connections to mechanical equipment. In addition, we are providing solar system design and LEED V4 documentation for electrical related credits.
