This development will provide 580,000 ft2 of commercial and retail space with 410,000 ft2 of parking over five levels. The project is being delivered in a standard Design-Bid-Build methodology, striving for occupancy in 2022.
Committed to sustainability, AES is collaborating with the integrated design team to provide green engineering practices as the Project targets AIA 2030, LEED v4 Platinum C+S, BC Energy Step Code Level 3, features of WELL design, and NetZero Carbon and Energy.
In addition to providing our electrical engineering services and design, AES has been retained to provide technology design services as the MSI consultant. This includes design and oversight of an SBN and IBMP. We are currently in the stage of reviewing all systems to be integrated for compliance with the SB strategy and are looking forward to the development of use-cases for this compliment to Surrey’s thriving business core.
