Capital Park
Situated in James Bay, just a short walk from the iconic B.C. Parliament Buildings in downtown Victoria, the Capital Park Mixed-Use Development involves the redevelopment of a large city block and proposes 34,400 m2 of mixed-use development. The phased development will ultimately include approximately 21,800 m2 of office space designed to achieve a LEED Platinum certification in two 4-5 storey buildings, and around 11,200 m2 of residential space targeting LEED Gold certification in multiple 3-5 storey buildings. One to two levels of below-grade parking, as well as about 1,400 m2 of street-level retail space, are additional features of this mixed-use development.
