1090 West Pender

Currently under development, the new Class A office tower planned for 1090 West Pender Street will add upwards of 52,025m2 of space to Vancouver’s downtown business district while striving for LEED Platinum design standards. This 31-storey office building will include a three-storey retail podium with below grade parking.

In addition to providing our electrical engineering services and design, AES has been retained to provide technology design services as the MSI consultant. This includes design and oversight of an SBN and IBMP. We are currently in the stage of reviewing all systems to be integrated for compliance with the SB strategy and are excited for the development of use-cases pushing this tower to be the most efficient and integrated building belonging to Bentall’s portfolio.
